ILE IFA OLADEJI

Omi yi iay’ a mon we san gb’onen ee.

The water that one is destined to drink will never flow past one.

Welcome to Ile Ifá Oladeji!

Ile Ifá Oladeji is a temple that is based on the a holistic approach to West Afrikan spiritual traditions that include Ifá and Orisa along with a holistic universal view of spirituality.

Our temple follows the 16 Truths of Ifá

We view our spiritual practice by the 16 truths of Ifá

There is a single Supreme God

There is no devil

Except for the day you were born and day you’re supposed to die, there is no single event in your life that cannot be forecasted and if necessary changed.

It is your birthright to be happy, successful, and fulfilled.

You should grow and obtain wisdom during this process.

You are reborn through your blood relatives
Heaven is home and earth is the marketplace. We are in constant passage between the two.

You are part of the Universe in a literal sense, not a figurative sense.

Diversity is the hallmark of Olodumare’s creation. You must never initiate harm to another human being.

You should never harm the Universe of which you are a part. This is a benevolent Universe.

Your temporal and spiritual capacities must work together. Character determines outcomes.

You are born with the specific path you chose. It is your goal to travel it. Divination provides your roadmap.

Our Ancestors exist and must be honored.

Sacrifice guarantees successes.

The Orisa live within us

You need have no fear.

Our temple views Ifá as a lifestyle, not a religion. So our holistic view allows us to delve deep within ourselves to encompass our practice inclusive of everything ranging from diet, mental and emotional health practices, physical, along with deepening our relationship with Olorun, Orisa, our Ancestors, and most importantly our Ori (Inner God).

OLOYE IFAWOLE OLADEJI

Leadership comes from God.
Kenyan Proverb

Oloye Ifawole is the Chief Priest of Ile Ifá Oladeji Temple. Oloye was originally introduced to the African Spiritual traditions of the Akan in the early 1990’s attending the Ankobia festival. He was then introduced to  the tradition of Ifá in 2004, but wasn’t able to begin serious study until some years later when he met his Oluwo, Kabiessi Ifagbemi Faseye Efunsola, Founder of Aala Orisa Temples Worldwide and Awujo Ogboni Fellowship.

Oloye grew up in a line of great Bishops and ministers and it’s no surprise that he has taken on the role of priesthood. Oloye travelled to Ode Remo, Nigeria, Ogun State and completed his initiation to Ifá  and Ogun at the family temple of the late Araba Adesanya Awoyade.

Over the last several years, Oloye has delved deeper in his studies and has further received priest initiation into several Orisa and Ogboni.  Oloye has received Chieftaincy titles in Nigeria as Baba Oso Obarisa in Ile Ife and Akogun of Imogbara Land in Ijesa. Through his Oluwo, Oloye was sanctioned as Asoju Aare of America through the Awujo Ogboni Fellowship of America. Oloye is also recognized through Open Ministry as a High Priest.

Oloye was sanctioned by Kabiessi Ifagbemi Faseye Efunsola to form his temple of Ile Ifá Oladeji under Ile Aala Orisa Temples Worldwide. Oloye’s mission is to introduce Isese and culture through his temple to the community at large.

Besides his work as Babalawo, Oloye works as a Spiritual Coach and Holistic Life Coach with over 25 years experience working in the mental health field and with juveniles as a supervisor in a group homes and gang intervention specialist. He is available to officiate your weddings as well as Celebration of Life or funeral. Oloye regularly is called up to open events with prayers and Libations.

Oloye Ifawole offers the following services:

Dafa (Readings/Divination/Consultation)

Ceremonies (Weddings, Celebration of Life, and Opening of Events)

Initiations also available (Isefa, Itefa, Orisa and Ogboni)

So, speak the truth; do justice

Be kind and do not do evil.

Truth travels on a narrow path

But the wicked wander on a wide road.

Speak truth; do justice

Do justice and speak truth.

For one who is righteous is supported by the divine.

Ogbè Sá
